All orders ship in 24 to 48 hours after payment is processed.

KOMOTO P900 - Calculated UPS Ground Shipping. Average transit time is 7 days or less.

KOMOTO M1100 - Calculated UPS Ground Shipping. Average transit time is 7 days or less.

KOMOTO X1500 - Calculated UPS Ground Shipping. Average transit time is 7 days or less.

KOMOTO D2400 - Calculated UPS Ground Shipping. Average transit time is 7 days or less.

Parts - Rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

Gear - Rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

If a shipment goes missing after it leaves our possession and enters USPS/UPS transit, whether with tracking or without, it's the customer's responsibility to contact USPS/UPS.

All delivered packages over $100 require signature when arriving. This is iron clad as who received the package. UPS also allows access to pictures of delivery and who signed.

We are not responsible for any missing packages that show GPS coordinates showing package was delivered to correct address. Any thief or package not being secured will not be our responsibility.
